In order for us to maintain your account's security, changing your personal details requires you to follow a specific protocol so that we can guarantee your privacy.

Changing Your Email Address
In order for us to change the email address registered to your account, please send us an email from your NEW email address, directly to info@ImLive.com.

Please include your username and old email address. Attach a photo of yourself ("selfie") holding a paper with the current date hand-written on it with your request for verification purposes.

Changing Your Password

In order to change your password, click here. To ensure the privacy of your account, we highly recommend you change your password periodically. Once you have changed your password, you will receive a verification email. You must submit the verification within 1 hour of receiving the email or your password change request will be cancelled.

Monthly Video Contests:

On the 1st of each month, ImLive selects a humorous and entertaining theme and holds a video competition. This is aimed to increase your exposure and reward you with outstanding cash prizes!

How can I participate?

  • To enter a video into the competition, you can either create your video using your webcam, or upload a video from your computer.
  • On the Edit Your Monthly Video Contests page, save your video, select a cover picture for the video, write a description for your video, and submit your video to the competition.
  • When uploading a video from your computer, make sure you click on the Submit button on the Edit Your Monthly Video Contests Video page to ensure your video reaches Customer Service.
  • In case your video was denied, don't give up on the great opportunity to participate! You can create a new one, making sure you comply with the competition's terms to make sure it will be included in the competition this time around.
  • You should make sure that the video you make complies with the terms of the competition. This way your video will be approved and will enter the competition without delay.

How does ImLive determine the winners?

ImLive selects the Monthly Video Contests winners according to Members ratings, the amount of ratings and additional factors. The exact formula to determine the winners is confidential; however, ImLive will not play a part in influencing the final results.

Can I delete my video from the competition?

You can delete the video you created and replace it with another up to 3 hours before a competition begins (during registration).

From 3 hours prior to the start of the competition and once the competition started, you will no longer have the option of deleting your video. Videos in a current competition and in previous competitions cannot be removed.

Free Live Video Chat Mode

The Free Video Chat mode is a great way to gain more exposure for yourself and generate more traffic into your room. The Free Video Chat allows you to Video Chat with non-paying Members, without getting undressed, while tempting them to come into your room as a paying customer.

How to participate:

  • This feature is available to Hosts in all categories.
  • You can enter the feature by clicking on a green button on top of your Video Chat screen or by clicking on Yes in the Free Live Chat mode pop-up message that appears when you go online.
  • Free Live Video Chat mode ends automatically as soon as you accept a paid Video Chat session.
  • You can end your Free Live Video Chat session by clicking on "Exit Free Live Chat"

What are the rules?

  • Nudity is strictly prohibited in the Free Live Video Chat mode.
  • In Free Live Video Chat mode, you must be in front of your webcam at ALL TIMES. If a visitor happens to see your room unattended, this could greatly damage the credibility and reputation of this feature.
  • If for any reason, you need to leave your webcam, you MUST leave the Free Live Chat mode by clicking the "Exit Free Live Chat" button on top of your Video Chat room screen.
  • Hosts must respond to members in order to be eligible for the daily raffle.
Voyeur

The Voyeur feature allows paying Members to view multiple rooms in real time. From Voyeur, Members can join you in Private Chat with just one tiny click!

How to participate:

  • Click on the Voyeur link under Power Tools.
  • On the Voyeur info page, select the Yes option.
  • Once you go online, your Video Chat room will be displayed to thousands of paying Members.
  • If you wish to deactivate your participation, select the No option. This will go into effect, once you close your Video Chat room by hitting the End Video Chat button.

How can I earn money from this feature?

  • You earn 0.20 ImLive Credits per minute for each Member who sees you while you are in a live Video Chat session.
  • You get paid for being viewed in Video Chat sessions only (not Candy Show sessions or non-session time), and that could add up to many more dollars per hour.
What are Candy Shows?

Candy Shows are your chance to perform an exciting, innovative show for a large audience! Candy Shows include a Preview, where you give them a taste of what's to come, and The Show, where you give them a top quality, first-class performance.

During the Preview, Members get a seat for The Show by tipping you or sending you vibes. But only Members who have paid enough for a ticket will be able to join in. Once they're in The Show, the aim is to get them wanting more - a Private Paid Chat!

We're turning your chat room into a true theater production, with new and exciting features (emoticons, graphics and animated images) that will make your Candy Shows busy and packed with pleasure. Candy Shows will be an experience to remember for all - so get ready to participate!

Setting up your Candy Show

You're in charge! You set your preferences - how long your Preview will be; how much Members need to pay to get a seat to The Show; your tip goal and the length of The Show. Then you describe your plans for The Show and pick a candy mood. Once you're set, you can get The Show on the road and present them with your talents and skills.

When can I host a Candy Show?

You can host Candy Shows unlimited times per day in these instances:
●  Newbies: When you have completed your initial 90 minutes in private video chat (See 'Fee for Per Minute')
●  When your internet connection and video resolution meet the minimum technical requirements and when you can be heard (your microphone is on).
●  When you are not in a private chat with Members or during a 30 or 60-minute pre-paid session (See 'Fee for Per Session')

During the show

●  It's a performance! You'll need to be prepared to perform an exciting, fun, energetic show. Get creative and find new ways to entertain Guests and Members in the Preview, and give the best, most imaginative performance possible for Members in The Show. Tips or no tips, it's all about having fun - for you and your audience!
●  Please remember that we monitor the performance of Candy Show Hosts regularly. Violating these conduct guidelines might prevent you from hosting Candy Shows permanently and even risk having your account frozen.

Live Sex Chat Host application:

In order for us to approve your Host application as quick as possible, please make sure that you have completed the entire application process as requested on the site:

  1. Complete your profile with personal details - make sure the personal details are updated correctly.
  2. Create a snapshot.
  3. Create an administrative (clear facial) snapshot.
    Important - Administrative snapshots must be 2 separate types: one of each performer holding their photo ID next to their face and second of each performer holding a piece of paper with today's date written on it by hand.
  4. Upload a scanned copy of your ID.

Once you completed all steps, make sure that on your main page the Host application status is marked as done.

Please wait patiently during the approval process. You will be notified once your account is approved.

Friends & Romance Host application:

Note that this is a non-sexual category, therefore you must make sure that your profile, snapshots and nickname are not sexually suggestive in any way.

  1. Create snapshot - make sure that the snapshot is not sexually suggestive in ANY WAY.
  2. Update your account details - make sure your phone, address and payment method are updated correctly.
  3. An Administrative snapshot must be of you holding a piece of paper with today's date written on it by hand.
  4. Update your profile information - make sure your profile is not sexually suggestive in ANY WAY.
  5. Update your Friendship page.

Once you completed all these steps, make sure that on your main page the Host application status is marked as done.

Missing Chat Earnings

ImLive maintains a database of thousands of chats which are updated into our records at all times. The vast majority of these chats are updated accordingly in the earnings section without fail.
On rare occasions and due to a high number of chats conducted at the same time, a chat might take up to two hours to be added to your earnings.
If you are unable to locate a chat you now conducted, please allow up to two hours before you send us the following information:

  • Exact username of the member.
  • Exact date and time the chat started.
  • Chat duration.
Your online status report:

The chat status report is another way you can receive various details about the Members and your Host online status. The report records everything from the beginning of upload, including the free 20 seconds. There are cases in which the connection between a Host and a Member might take a minute or two or sometimes even longer. In these cases, the Member is obviously not receiving any service and therefore is not and should not be charged.

Due to this, the Member will be charged and you will be paid ONLY according to our database indications and NOT by what the status report indicated.

Online Verification

Online verification is a common procedure done by customer service representatives in order for us to verify your identity.

At any given time, a Customer Service representative might enter your Video Chat room to verify your personal details. You will be asked questions and we ask that you fully comply and answer all questions.

How to recognize a CS Rep
1. CS Reps ALWAYS have the name csrep followed by a number 1-10, for example: csrep1.
2. CS Reps have a SPECIAL ICON next to their names so you can see clearly who they are directly from your chat room.
3. When you click on a CS Rep username, a special screen pops up to show the rep is from ImLive.
4. CS Reps will always introduce themselves by name in your chat room.

ImLive staff (CS Reps) will NEVER ask you for your username, password or payment details. Please DO NOT give these to ANYONE EVER!

How do I participate?

ImLive throws a party once or twice a month on holidays and other events. We let you know about the party theme through the email newsletters as well as through the Host news on the site and in the Party Tools section.

Please make sure that your snapshot and your profile description match the party's theme. The party requirements are mentioned in the email as well as in the Host news.

Why has my party application been denied?

Your snapshot and\or your profile are not sufficiently relevant to the theme of the party, or you did not follow the party requirements.

Please read the requirements again, redo your snapshot and profile and re-submit your application.

How do I get paid?

You have the following options as your payment methods:

  1. Payment to your Paxum account (with or without ImLiveCashExpress).
  2. Payment through ACH Bank Transfer (US residents only).
  3. Payment to your Cosmo Payment account (European citizens only).
  4. Payment to your Yoursafe account.
  5. Payment to your ePayments account.
When do I get paid?

Your account statistics are calculated twice per month, on the 1st
and the 16th of each month.

When registering your account, you chose a minimum amount that you'd like to earn before being paid - either $50, $100 or $500. When your running total reaches your chosen payment amount or higher, you will receive your payment.

If your period's earnings are not equal to or greater than your
chosen amount, your earnings will carry over to the next
payment period and will be added to your running total.

Why were my earnings transferred to the next payment period for no apparent reason?

At the end of a payment period, you may see a notice saying your payment has been transferred to the next pay period. However, it will be removed within the next few hours once payment has been made to you.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us, and we do everything possible to ensure that it remains intact!
The Members have no way of knowing who you are and what your email address is, or any personal details other than your nickname and description as well as any other materials you have uploaded to the site (Monthly Video Contests, Video's images, etc.).

ImLive provides you with a number of ways to maintain your privacy:

  1. Block all Guests and Members from a particular location: This option is available on your Host profile information. You can enter the location you wish to block visitors from. If you choose to block Guests and Members from a particular geographic location, they will not be able to find your profile on the site at all.

    Please be aware that ImLive blocks locations according to IP address. Therefore, there is still a chance you will be exposed to Members from the locations you have selected to block who use a different IP address or use a software/program that does not enable ImLive to determine their IP address. We can only guarantee a maximum success rate of 90% with geographic blocking, and take no responsibility for the results.


  2. Block a specific Guest or Member: Blocked Members will not be able to find your profile in the Host List and you will also be automatically removed from their Favorites. You can block a Member during a Video Chat or text chat; you also have the option to block/ unblock a Member from your Guest files feature.

  3. Promoted Hosts: Blocked Members will be able to see your profile on affiliate sites as we cannot control websites outside of ImLive. However, once a blocked Member clicks to enter your profile on ImLive, they will not be able to find your profile in the Host List. A blocked Member will not have the option to locate you on ImLive.com's platform!

Please take a few moments to provide a short explanation as to why you wish to close your account. Your feedback is very important to us, as always.

In order to close your account, click on Manage Your Profile in the menu and then on Close Your Account.

Reviews
  • The stars are an average of all the ratings you received from each Member who has ever been in your room for more than two minutes from the first day you started working and is calculated automatically by the system and cannot be altered.

  • A Member can only rate you twice unless he has spent more than $200 with you in Video Chat.

  • In regards to your reviews: we are monitoring all reviews, and we can assure you that if we feel that the review is unfair or offensive it will not be posted at all.
How can I increase my traffic?

ImLive offers Hosts a variety of tools that are designed to enable Hosts to reach their full potential on the site and to increase the traffic to their rooms.

  • Update your snapshots regularly and refresh your gallery with great new photos.
  • Update your description, tell Members what they can expect to see in your chat room and advertise your discount codes.
  • Create more pre-recorded videos and recorded sessions.

In addition, be sure to make use of the different ways to contact your members:

  • Send emails to your mailing list to inform your Members that you are online.
  • Contact your Members individually through your message center and Guest files.
How can I be promoted by ImLive?

All you have to do is to click Yes where this option is offered on your profile; by doing this, you are permitting ImLive general royalty-free use of your profile, videos, recorded sessions and photos for promotional purposes. Note that once you agreed to be promoted, your profile is published among thousands of affiliates that promote your profile on the net (and outside the net). The affiliates publish your profile and direct traffic your way via thousands of websites that are out there.

If you wish to remove the option of being promoted, we can make sure that you will no longer be promoted by out affiliate sites (i.e. pussycash.com, affiliate.imlive.com). However, we have no control over what content has already been released to thousands of websites and promoters.

Blocked locations: If you chose to block Members from a particular geographic location, the Members from the blocked location will see your profile on an affiliate site, but they will not be able to find you on ImLive's Host List. You should be aware of the fact that since the block is according to IP address only, it is not 100% guarantied. We can only guarantee a maximum success rate of 90% with geographic blocking, and take no responsibility for the results.

Top Past Live Shows

You can record your live Video Chat shows for Members to view whenever they want and they pay you for the pleasure even when you are not online. There are two types of Top Past Live Shows: Top Past Live Shows created by Hosts and those created by Members.

Teaser Video

Earn more cash by adding a high-quality Teaser Video from your own computer directly to the site. Your short Teaser Video will automatically play anytime a Guest or Member points to your snapshot on the Host List. It's your chance to smile, flirt and attract attention. But make sure not to give away too much!
